Consent to Relationship Manager (Platinum Plan)

By selecting the Platinum Plan, I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of providing personalized matchmaking support by a Relationship Manager (RM).

This includes in particular:

access by the RM to my profile information, preferences and matchmaking criteria,

the review and evaluation of my information to suggest potential matches,

where explicitly instructed by me, contacting other members on my behalf within the platform.

I acknowledge that this may include the processing of special categories of personal data (e.g. religious affiliation or health-related information) that I have voluntarily provided, based on my explicit consent pursuant to Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.

I further acknowledge that RMs may be engaged outside the European Union, in particular in India, and that my personal data may therefore be transferred to a third country without an adequacy decision. Such transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses.

I am aware that I can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
